Regarded as one of the most insightful and humorous raconteurs in Asia, he has delivered presentations and workshops for industries in the technology, consumer goods, banking and several other sectors.

He has lived in three different cultures...Indian, Filipino and American. Presently he continues to live and work out of the Philippines. When not working he plays tennis, does scuba-diving and is a life-long yoga practitioner.

Padma Mangharam Siap, is the resident educational advisor for the Philippines-American Educational Foundation. Her forte lies in Motivation and Management Communications. Over the years, she has provided quality human resources development training in Creative Engineering, Change Management, Strategic Planning and Value-Based Leadership amongst others.

For over 20 years,she has been teaching, training and changing lives. She has a certain easiness about her that invokes eager participation in change, growth and development. She is a Bachelor of Arts from St. Theresa's College, Phils; a Master of Fine Arts from Trinity University, Dallas, Texas and a Doctoral Candidate for Educational Management, Philippines.

Adrian M. Martinez, has fifteen years in the field of training since 1986, he has run numerous workshops ranging from sales, to vision-mission-value clarification to teambuilding. He has served in various industries ranging from pre-need plans to life insurance to drug distribution. His central concern is developing the full potential of the human person and productivity expressing that development in the workplace and in the building of communities.

He is an associate of Inner Sun Consultants and is an Advanced Toastmaster Bronze. His passion for bringing the best out of people makes him an excellent coach and a sought-after mentor. His broad interests and intense curiosity provide him with a deep and expansive base of knowledge from which he draws most of the materials he uses in his workshops. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the Ateneo de Manila University.
