Inner Sun is of the belief that just like the Sun which is omnipresent, omnipotent and is the only comprehendible source of life, energy and growth there is an Inner Sun within every other living system and organizations.

Inner Sun is also of the belief that at any given moment of a living system and organization there are three dimensions in play.

The First is the dynamism which is innate, congenital and embedded in every living system and an organization. In a living system it is sometimes referred to as DNA and in a business organization it may be referred to as “work culture”.

The Second dynamism is the one that exists, seemingly, outside of this system and of is many forms; the way which it is often referred to it is environment, economy or ecology.

The Third and the most vibrant and with a potent influence the inner and the outer dynamism is the dynamics of the process between the internal and external systems. The driver of this intermediate dynamism is awareness, intelligence and action.

Inner Sun, the organization, focuses its own awareness, intelligence and action towards this intermediary dynamism. The guiding elements behind our endeavours and interventions are clarity of thought, creativity of approach and conscientiousness of purpose and action.

Inner Sun hopes that by its efforts and interventions it can help transform, nourish and drive the internal and external worlds of individuals and organizations towards compassionate constructivism and a future designed out of true and pure choice.
